County Service Area P-1 )

This resolution is adopted pursuant to the Cortese-Knox Act
(Gov. Code, SS 56000-57550) .
This proposal is for an inhabited annexation of the subject
territory to County Service Area P-1 and the purpose of the
proposed change of organization is to allow efficient provision
of police service to the subject territory. The exterior
boundaries of the subject territory are as described in Exhibit A
hereto.
The terms and conditions for the proposal, as specified by
the Local Agency Formation Commission, are that:
The boundaries of the annexation be as described in Exhibit
A.
The affected territory will be taxed for any existing bonded
indebtedness of County Service Area P-1. The regular county
assessment roll will be used for the collection of taxes and
assessments in the subject territory.
This Board hereby approves and orders this proposal, subject
to the aforestated terms and conditions.

EXHIBIT A
All deed and map reference hereinafter referred to are as recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Contra Costa County, Statd of California.
Being a portion of Subdivision 5000 as filed July 17, 1980, in Map Book
242 at page 8, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning on the northern line of Duperu Drive at the southeastern
corner of Lot 97 of said Subdivision 5000 (242-8) ; thence along the boundary
of Subdivision 5000 the following courses: South 00055'30" West, 335.29 feet;
South 84030'52" West, 1072.30 feet; North 39045'29" West, 298.64 feet; North
34010131" East, 212.65 feet; North 55049129" West, 20.0 feet; North 34010131"
East, 100.13 feet and North 55049129" West, 42.30 feet to a point on the
southwestern line of Lot 115 of Subdivision 5000 (242-8); thence leaving the
boundary line of Subdivision 5000, South 89004'30" East, 1141.37 feet to a
point on the eastern line of the aforementioned Lot 97 of Subdivision 5000;
thence along said eastern line South 01027'20" West, 53.01 feet and South
00055'30" West, 14.18 feet to the point of beginning.
