ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: Granting Permission to Temporarily Close a Portion of
Franklin Canyon Road, Martinez Area.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that permission is granted to
Katy Film Productions, Inc. to completely close, except for
emergency traffic, Franklin Canyon Road between McEwen Road and
McHarry Ranch Road on October 8 and 9, 1989 between 8 : 00 a.m. and
7: 00 p.m. for the purpose of filming a television program subject
to the following conditions:
1. Traffic will be detoured via Highway 4 .
2 . All signing to be in accordance with the State of
California Manual of Traffic Controls.
3 . The Katy Film Productions Inc. shall comply with the
requirements of the Ordinance Code of Contra Costa
County.
4 . Have on file with the County a Certificate of Insurance
in the amount of $500, 000 for Comprehensive General
Public Liability, which names the County as an
additional insured.
