I. Recommended Action:
Accept Grant Deed dated December 5, 1988 from 505 Oak Road
Associates.
DIRECT the Real Property Division . to have the above
referenced Deed recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder.
II. Financial Impact:
None
III. Reasons for Recommendations:
The grantor is conveying additional right of way for the
widening of Las Juntas Way at Oak Road, Pleasant Hill BARTD
Station area , pursuant to development dedication
requirements.
