HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 01311989 - 1.59 THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF CONTRA COSTA RESOLUTION NO. 3552 ADOPTING OPERATING BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING MARCH 31, 1990 FOR CONVENTIONAL PROGRAM WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Annual Contributions Contract between the Housing Authority of the County of Contra Costa and the Department of Housing and Urban Development requires that the Housing Authority shall prepare, adopt and submit to the Department of Housing and Urban Development for its review and approval an annual budget prepared in accordance with Performance Funding; and, WHEREAS, the Staff has prepared and submitted to the Board of Commissioners for their review and approval a proposed operating budget for the Conventional Program for the indicated fiscal year: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED after review of said budget submission, the following determinations are made: a. That proposed expenditures are necessary in the efficient and economic operation of housing for the purpose of serving low- income families. b. That the financial plan is reasonable in that it is prepared in accordance with Performance Funding. c. That all proposed charges and expenditures will be consistent with provisions of law and the Annual Contributions Contract. The Board of Commissioners hereby adopts and approves the Operating Budget for its Conventional Program for the indicated Fiscal Year and authorizes submission of said budget to the Department of Housing and Urban Development. ADOPTED ON January 31, 1989 by the following vote of the Commissioners: AYES: Commissioners Powers , Fanden, Schroder, McPeak Torlakson. NOES None .
