THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF CONTRA COSTA
RESOLUTION NO. 3553
AUTHORIZING COLLECTION LOSS WRITE-OFF
WHEREAS, certain accounts of vacated tenants have been determined to be
uncollectible by management, and;
WHEREAS, a majority of these tenants accounts have been, or will be turned
over to a collection agency for continuing collection efforts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Housing
Authority of the County of Contra Costa that the following amounts
be written off for collection loss for the quarter ending
December 31, 1988:
Conventional
Program
Dwelling Rent $ 3,158.04
Legal Charges 1,052.35
Maintenance & Other Surcharges 967.83
$ 5,178.22
ADOPTED ON January 31, 1989 by the following vote of the Commissioners:
AYES: Commissioners Powers , Fanden, Schroder, McPeak,
Torlakson.
NOES: None .
