Code Sec. 25526.5) SUBJECT: Conveyance of Surplus Real Property San Pablo Creek Project No. 7567-6D8632 Richmond Area The Board of Supervisors as the Governing Body of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District RESOLVES THAT: The District acquired the real property on San Pablo Creek in Richmond, described in Exhibit "All attached hereto, for flood control purposes. Said property is DETERMINED to be surplus and no longer necessary for District or other public purposes and its estimated value does not exceed $10, 000.00. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of said property to C. Overaa and Company, pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.5 and the Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant Deed on behalf of the District as partial consideration for property conveyed by C. Overaa and Co. to the District for the San Pablo Creek flood control project. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause the Deed to be delivered to the grantee. This activity is not subject to the California Environmen- tal Quality Act pursuant to Section 15061(b) (3) of Chapter 3 of the CEQA Guidelines as it can be seen with certainity that there is no possibility that the activity may have a significant effect on the environment.
