SUBJECT: Lease Option for Community Services Department
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECONEENDATION
Board of Supervisors to confirm the EXERCISE, on behalf of the
County, of its option to extend the lease, dated August 30,
1988 with Seeno Enterprises for the premises at 2201 Harbor
Street, Pittsburg for continued occupancy by the Community
Services Department, under the terms and conditions more
particularly set forth in said Lease Option.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the Community
Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND
Provide for continued use of warehouse space as requested by
the Community Services Department.

Richard M. Friedman and Ruth Friedman for the premises at 1201
Pennsylvania Avenue, Richmond for continued occupancy by the
Community Services Department, under the terms and conditions
more particularly set forth in said Lease Option.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the Community
Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND
