Adopted this Resolution on January 24, 1989 by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, McPeak & Torlakson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 89/44
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads
as County Roads, Subdivision 6819, Oakley Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the
improvements in Subdivision 6819 have been completed a's provided
in the Subdivision Agreement with Hal Porter Development Company
heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing
of the Subdivision Map.
The Public Works Department having also notified this Board
that these improvements have been completed with the exception of
minor deficiencies, for which a $4, 100 cash deposit (Auditor' s
Deposit Permit No. 149361, dated December 7, 1988) was made by
Hal Porter Development Company to insure application of reclamite
to the streets.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of January 24, 1989 thereby establishing the
six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of
action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year
warranty period is hereby established, and the $2 , 980 cash
deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 115068, dated October 14 ,
1986) made by Hal Porter Development Company be RETAINED for one
year pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4 . 406 of the
Ordinance Code.
