SUBJECT: Conveyance of County owned land to City of Clayton
Portion of Parcel No. 120-015-009
Project No. FAU-M-A053 , 7100-6X5515

The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES
THAT:
This Board on December 6, 1988 passed Resolution No.
88/744 _ and Notice fixing January 17, 1989 at 9:00 a.m. , in its
Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California,
as the time and place when it would meet to consummate the
conveyance of the real property described therein to the City of
Clayton; said Notice was duly published in the Contra Costa
Times.
This Board, by the aforesaid Resolution, found that said
property is no longer required for present or future County or
Contra Costa County Fire Protection District use and the sales
price of $15,906. 00 represents its market value.
This Board hereby APPROVES the Right of Way Contract
between Contra Costa County and the City of Clayton, and the
conveyance of the property located on Clayton Road, to the City
upon payment of the $15,906. 00 to the County; and the Board Chair
is hereby AUTHORIZED to sign a Grant Deed to the City on' behalf
of the County, and cause its delivery to the City for acceptance
and recording.
The Public Works Director is hereby AUTHORIZED to sign the
Right of Way Contract on behalf of the County.
