SUBJECT; Closed Session
The Chairman announced that a closed session would be
held in accordance with the parameters as set forth in the
attached announcement.
At 130 P.M. the Board recessed into closed session in
Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street,
Martinez.
At 2 00 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the
regular agenda
REVISED CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - January 17 , 1989
(Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its
capacities)
A-1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated
representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and to
consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of
performance, or dismissal.
B-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956 . 9, subdivision:
(b) Significant exposure to litigation.
C-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956 . 9, subdivision:
(a) Litigation initiated formally. The titles of the
litigation are:
1 . City of Walnut Creek v. C.C.C. , et al.
2 . Timothy Hughes v. C.C.C. , OAK 144937-39, 160458
3 . C.C.C. Flood Control Dist. v. DiGenova, et al.
