A. Roskovensky, President, USS-POSCO Industries, P.O. Box 471, Pittsburg 94565, advising that information on the 1985 fire at the plant has been provided to the County Health. Box 8039, Walnut Creek 94596 , informing the Board that Walnut Creek' s sign ordinance contains several sections which regulate the placement of real estate signs along and within public rights-of-way. ***REFERRED TO PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR FOR INFORMATION- 3 . 4 Letter dated January 4, 1989 from Don H. Olney, Jr. , President, Acme Fill Corporation, P.O.
