RESOLUTION NO. 89/23

SUBJECT: Approval of the Drainage Improvement Agreement for LUP
2129-87, Walnut Creek Area.
The following document was presented for Board approval this
date for LUP 2129-87, property located in the Walnut Creek area.
A Drainage Improvement Agreement with Somar Construction
Company, developer, whereby said developer agrees to complete all
improvements as required in said Drainage Improvement Agreement
within one year from the date of said agreement. Improvements
generally consist of installing Line C of DA 15A across Olympic
Boulevard:
Said document was accompanied by the following:
Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage
improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code,
as follows:
a. ( Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 149291,
dated December 6, 1988) in the amount of $1, 000, made
b. lby Somar Construction Company.
Additional security in the form of a cash deposit
(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 149291, dated December 6,
1988) in the amount of $25, 700 ($16, 800 for faithful
performance and $8, 900 for labor and materials) made by
Somar Construction Company.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said Road Improvement
Agreement is APPROVED.
I hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
