HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 01171989 - 1.15 I �1 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted thi's Resolution on January 17, 1989 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder , McPeak $ ,Torlakson NOES: None i ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 89/26 i SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map, Subdivision Agreement and Road Improvement Agreement for Subdivision 6922 , Oakley Area. The following documents were presented for Board approval this date The Final Map of Subdivision 6922 , property located in the Oakley area, said map having been certified by the proper officials. A Subdivision Agreement with Oakley Associates, subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement. Said documents were accompanied by: I. Security to guarantee the completion of road and !drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the ;County Ordinance Code, as follows: �A. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 150376, dated December 30, 1988) in the amount of $7 , 400 made by Oak Builders, Inc. B. Additional security in the form of a corporate surety bond dated December 13, 1988, and issued by Developers Insurance Company (Bond No. 967311S) with Oakley Associates as principal, in the amount of $728, 900 for faithful performance and $368, 200 for labor and materials. A Road Improvement Agreement with Oakley Associates, subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Road Improvement Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement. i Said Documents were accompanied by: I. Security to guarantee the completion of road and j drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: A. Cash deposit (Auditor' s Deposit Permit No. 150376, dated December 30, 1988) in the amount of $1, 800 1 made by Oak Builders, Inc. j B. Additional security in the form of a corporate surety bond dated December 13 , 1988 , and issued by Developers Insurance Company (Bond No. 967310S) with Oakley Associates as principal, in the amount of $183, 200 for faithful performance and $92 , 500 for labor and materials. RESOLUTION NO. 89/26 I II. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1988-89 tax lien has been paid in full. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board !does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated .to public use. BE ITi FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is also D APPROVED. BE IT � FURTHER RESOLVED that said Road Improvement Agreement is also APPROVED.
