CLOSED SESSION ---------------------------------------------=--------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------- SUBJECT; Closed Session The Chairman announced that a closed session would be held in accordance with the parameters as set forth in the attached announcement. At 9: 02 A.M. the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez. At 9 : 20 A.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the regular agenda. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - January 10, 1989 (Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its capacities ) A-1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, or dismissal. B-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956 .9, subdivision: (b) Significant exposure to litigation. C-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956 . 9, subdivision: (a) Litigation initiated formally. The titles of the litigation are: 1 . City of Walnut Creek v. C.C.C. , et al. 2 . Land Waste Management v. C.C.C. , et al. 3 . L. E. Weisenburg v. C.C.C. , et al . 4 . C.C.C. v. Robert C. Gertz, et al.
