THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on January 10, 1989 by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson & Schroder

ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
RESOLUTION NO. 89/19
SUBJECT: Approval of the Parcel Map, Subdivision MS 54-86,
Knightsen Area.
The following document was presented for Board approval this
date:
The Parcel Map of Subdivision MS 54-86, property located in
the Knightsen area, said map having been certified by the proper
officials;
Said document was accompanied by a letter from the County
Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes
heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that
the 1988-89 tax lien has been paid in full.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together
with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED
to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Parcel Map is APPROVED and
this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any
of the streets, paths or easements shown thereon as dedicated to
public use.

THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on January 10, 1989 by the following vote:

ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: Waiving Ordinance Code Section 94-4 .414, Subdivision MS
54-86, Knightsen Area.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the requirement for
consent to dedication of public roads over existing easements of
record, as set forth in Section 94-4 .414 of the Contra Costa
County Ordinance Code, is WAIVED for Subdivision MS 54-86,
Knightsen area.
The applicant was unable to obtain the consent to
dedicate over the existing roadway and utility easements of
record along Tule Lane.
The waiving of this requirement will not have an
adverse effect on the County's interests in the right of way
being dedicated to the County.
