At 1: 30 P.M. the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez . At 2: 00 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the regular agenda. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - February 28, 1989 (Contla Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its capacities ) A-1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, or dismissal. B-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956 .9, subdivision: (b) Significant exposure to litigation. C-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956 . 9, subdivision: (a) Litigation initiated formally. The titles of the litigation are: 1 . Gallagher & Burk, Inc. v. C.C.C. 2 . Miladinovich v. Clyde Co. , et al. 3 . Land Waste Management v. Contra Costa County, et al.
