SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
RECOMMENDATION
Extend the filing period for Final Development Plan #3042-87 one
year to expire on February 11, 1990.
BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS
On February 1, 1988 , the Zoning Administrator approved a revision
to Final Development Plan 3047-84 for a 5-story.office building.
The approved permit, File 3042-87 , was granted an initial one-year
filing period to expire on February 11 , 1989.
On February 7, 1989 the applicant, Duffel Financial and
Construction Company, filed for an extension of the filing period.
The firm needs the extension in anticipation of a more favorable
office market.
