Area L-100 (LAFC 88-40) ) (Gov. C. S 57082)
This resolution is adopted pursuant to the Cortese-Knox
Act (Gov. C. SS 56000-57550) .
This proposal is for an annexation of the subject
territory to County Service Area L-100, and the purpose of the
proposed change of organization is to allow efficient provision
of lighting service to the subject territory. The exterior
boundaries of the subject territory are as described in Exhibit A
hereto.
The terms and conditions for the change of
organization, as specified by the Local Agency Formation
Commission, are that:
The boundaries of the annexation be as describes in
Exhibit A.
The affected territory will be taxed for any existing
bonded indebtedness of County Service Area L-100 . The regular
county assessment roll will be used for the collection of taxes
and assessments in the subject territory.
This Board hereby approves and orders this proposal,
subject to the aforestated terms and conditions.

EXHIBIT A
All that real property situate in the County of Contra Costa, State of
California, described as follows:
Being a portion of Lot 35 of "Subdivision No. 1 Larkey Ranch, Walnut
Creek, California" filed January .5, 1911, in Book 4 of Maps at Page 79, Contra
Costa County Records, being more particulary described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 1 as shown on that certain Map
entitled "Subdivision 6470 Oak Road Villas I," filed August 14, 1984, in Book
281 of Maps at Page 14, Records of Contra Costa County, said point lying on the
west line of Oak Road; thence along said west line South 12011'24" West, 67.38
feet, to the beginning of a tangent curve concave easterly having a radius of
1030.07 feet; thence continuing southerly along said curve 03°06'42", an arc
length of 55.94 feet (a radial line through said point bears North 80055'18"
West); thence leaving said west line along north line of the Contra Costa Canal
as conveyed to the United States of America by instrument dated June 2, 1939,
and Recorded July 5, 1939, in Book 512, Page 94, Series No. 9544, Contra Costa
County Records, South 76056121" West, 167.30 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave northerly having a radius of 86.00 feet; thence along curve
14°11'00", an arc length of 21.29 feet; thence continuing along said north line
of Contra Costa Canal the next 4 (four) courses, North 88152139" West, 237.90
feet; thence North 87043139" West, 100.00 feet; thence North 88052139" West,
104.80 feet; thence North 74019139" West, 11.38 feet to the east line of Jones
Road; thence North 73°11'15" West, 56.0 feet to the west line of Jones Road;
thence along said west line North 16048145" East, 162.22 feet to a point that
bears North 73°11'15" West, 56.0 feet from the southwest corner of Lot 5 of
Subdivision 3490 filed October 27, 1965, in Book 108 of Maps at Page 11 , Contra
Costa County Records; thence South 73011115" East, 56.0 feet to said southwest
corner of said Lot 5 and the east line of Jones Road; thence westerly along the
south line of said Lot 5 and the south line of said Lot 1 of Subdivision 6470,
South 88052 '44" .East, 614.19 feet •to the point of beginning.
