None ABSENT: ! Supervisor Schroder ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 89/118 I SUBJECT: 1 Completion of Improvements, Subdivision 6958, Pacheco Area. i The! Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision 6958 have been completed as provided in the ,'Subdivision Agreement with D & M Development Company heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED as of February 28, 1989 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: I DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY i May 3, 1988 The Ohio Casualty Insurance Company Bond No. 2671057 BEi IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period is hereby established, and the $1, 000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 138951, dated April 18, 1988) made by D & M Development Company be RETAINED for one year pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4 .406 of the Ordinance Code. 1 hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of SupervWOM'dn the date shown.
