SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS) & BACKGROUND AND
JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action:
APPROVE Amendment to Right of Way Contract from Angus L. Hunt
and Patricia B. Hunt which provides payment for trees
removed.
AUTHORIZE Chief Engineer to execute said Amended Right of Way
Contracts on behalf of the District.
APPROVE payment of $200.00 for said trees and AUTHORIZE the
Auditor-Controller to issue a check in said amount payable to
Angus L. Hunt and Patricia B. Hunt, to be forwarded to the
Real Property Division for delivery.
