Associates (Applicant) Higher Heights Christian School ( 2856-RZ) - requests approval to rezone 13 . 25 acres from Gen eral Agricultural District (A-2) to Single Family Residential Dis strict (R-40) - Walnut Creek area. (S.D. III) Parcel #138-050-006 SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATIONS 1. Approve the rezoning as recommended by the Planning Commission and the staff. 2. Adopt the Planning Commission' s findings as set for in its Resolution No. 49-1989, as the determination for this decision. 3. Accept the environmental documentation prepared for this application as being adequate. 4. Introduce the ordinance giving effect to the rezoning; waive reading and set date for adoption of same. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that recommendations. 1, 2, 3, and 4 are APPROVED; and as in recommendation 4, Ordinance No. 90-2 is INTRODUCED, reading waived and January 9, 1990 is set for adoption of same.
