THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on December 19, 1989 by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak and Torlakson
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Powers
ABSTAIN: None
RESOLUTION NO. 89/797
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision 6852, Danville
Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that
the improvements in Subdivision 6852 have been completed as
provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Alamo Oaks Associates
heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing
of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned
improvements have been ACCEPTED as complete as of December 19,
1989 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the
filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision
Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no need for a one year
warranty period and the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to
refund the $1,000 cash security for performance (Auditor's
Deposit Permit No. 132708, dated November 25, 1987) plus interest
in accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate,
to Trigon Development Company pursuant to the requirements of the
Ordinance Code.

THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on December 19, 1989 by the following vote:

NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Powers
ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: Completion of Warranty Period and Release of Cash
Deposit for Faithful Performance, Subdivision MS 35-84,
Alamo Area.
On December 20, 1988, this Board resolved that the
improvements in Subdivision MS 35-84 were completed as provided
in the Subdivision Agreement with Charles M. Crowell and now on
the recommendation of the Public Works Director;
The Board hereby FINDS that the improvements have
satisfactorily met the guaranteed performance standards for one
year after completion and acceptance; and
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works
Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $1,275 cash deposit
(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 116540, dated November- 18, 1986)
plus interest in accordance with Government Code Section 53079,
if appropriate, in the amount of $1, 000 to Charoj Partnership and
$275 to Charles M. Crowell, pursuant to Ordinance Code Section
94-4.406 and the Subdivision Agreement.
