Justification
I. RECOMMENDATION
That the Board of Supervisors as the Governing Body of
Contra Costa County Sanitation District No. 15 APPROVE the
Service Agreement with Oakley 'Sanitary District for
provision of those services required to continue the
operation and maintenance of water, wastewater collection,
and transmission facilities within District No. 15 and
AUTHORIZE the Chairman to sign the Service Agreement.
