I. Recommended Action:
ACCEPT Grant Deed dated May 11, 1989 from Treat Corners
Partnership and DIRECT the Real Property Division to have
said deed recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
II. Financial Impact:
None
III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
The Master Developer of Area 10A is deeding to the Agency
those portions of his property required for the widening of
Treat Blvd. , Burskirk Avenue and Wayne Drive, Pleasant Hill
BARTD Station Redevelopment Project.
