SUBJECT: REVENUE LEASE - THOMAS THIBAULT & ASSOCIATES, INC. , 2020 N.
BROADWAY, SUITE 201, WALNUT CREEK
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOPPUMATION
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on
behalf of the County, a Revenue Lease, commencing November 1,
1988, with Thomas Thibault & Associates, Inc. , for the
premises at 2020 N. Broadway, Suite 201, Walnut Creek, under
the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said
Revenue Lease.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
This Revenue Lease provides for the rents of $727. 00 per month
to be credited to the Miscellaneous Properties budget of the
General Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND
Thomas Thibault & Associates, Inc. were subtenants occupying
this office space. The original lease between their
sublessors and County expired October 30, 1988 and this new
revenue lease will retain Thomas Thibault & Associates, Inc.
as primary tenants in space not needed by County.

I. RECONIlUENDATION
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on
behalf of the County, a Revenue Lease with the Macro
International Company for the premises at 2020 N. Broadway,
Suite 203A, Walnut Creek, under the terms and conditions more
particularly set forth in said Revenue Lease.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
This Revenue Lease provides for rents of $553 . 00 per month to
be credited to the Miscellaneous Properties budget of the
General Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOPBUMATION/BACKGROUND
This tenant is relocating from one suite to another at 2020
N. Broadway, Walnut Creek, thus continuing to provide revenues
for space not needed for County use.

SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECONIlEENDATION
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on
behalf of the County, a Revenue Lease, commencing December 1,
1988, with the Eickmeyer Insurance Agency for the premises at
2020 N. Broadway, Suite 209, Walnut Creek, under the terms and
conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
This Revenue Lease provides for the rents of $690. 00 per month
to be credited to the Miscellaneous Properties budget of the
. General Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECONIl49NDATION/BACKGROUND
The current lease with this tenant expires on November 30,
1988. This renews that lease for office space which is not
required for County use.
