Code Sec. 25526.6 SUBJECT: Conveyance of Easements to Oakley Water District Across Drainage Area 56 (Lindsey Basin) Property Project No. 4500-6X5524 Antioch Area The Board of Supervisors, as the governing body of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District RESOLVES THAT: Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District acquired the real property on Neroly Road in the southeast Antioch Area for flood control purposes. The Oakley Water District has requested two easements, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, over a portion of said property for access and utility purposes. This Board FINDS that the conveyance of such easements is in the public interest and will not substan- tially conflict or interfere with the District's use of the property. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of two easements to the Oakley Water District, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.6 and the Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute two Grants of Easement on behalf of the District in consideration for the payment received in full in the amount of $9, 070.00. The Chief Engineer is hereby AUTHORIZED to sign the Agreement for Grant of Easements on behalf of the District. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said Grants of Easement to be delivered to the grantee. 1 hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
