County Service Area ) RESOLUTION NO. 88/667
L-100 (LAFC 88-26) ) (Gov. C. 'S 57082)
This resolution is adopted pursuant to the Cortese-Knox
Act (Gov. C. SS 56000-57550) .
This proposal is for an annexation of the subject
territory to County Service Area L-100, and the purpose of the
proposed change of organization is to allow efficient provision of
lighting service to the. subject territory. The exterior boundaries
of the subject territory are as described in Exhibit A hereto.
The terms and conditions for the change of organization,
as specified by the Local Agency Formation Commission, are that:
The boundaries of the annexation be as described in
Exhibit A.
The affected territory will be taxed for any existing
bonded indebtedness of County Service Area L-100. The regular
county assessment roll will be used for the collection of taxes and
assessments in the subject territory.
After public hearing on this proposal, this Board hereby
approves and orders this proposal, subject to the aforestated terms
and conditions .

EXHIBIT A
A portion of Lot 4, as shown on the map entitled "Reusche Ranch
Subdivision, Contra Costa County, California," filed on October 15, 1912, in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County, in Book 8 of Maps at Page 187,
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the eastern line of that parcel of land
described in the deed to J. Rockne Luna, et ux, recorded May 4, 1973, in Book
6934 of Official Records at Page 143, and the northern line of that parcel of
land described in the deed to the City of Walnut Creek, recorded August 6, 1971,
in Book 6450 of Official Records at Page 863; thence along the northern line of
said Walnut Creek parcel (6450 O.R. 863) South 58048'36" West, 206.76 feet;
thence along a curve to the right with a radius of 275.0 feet, an arc distance
of 6.58 feet; thence continuing along a curve to the right, with a radius of
25.0 feet, an arc distance of 43.34 feet; thence South 69°59'06" West, 10.00
feet to a point on the eastern line of Hudson Road; thence North 20041'00" West,
43.43 feet; thence North 13032107" West, 126.88 feet; thence leaving said
easterly line of Hudson Road North 74021149" East along the southerly line of
Jamara Way, 246.25 feet; thence leaving said southerly line of Jamara Way, South
