Adopted this Resolution on October 4, 1988 by the following vote:

ABSENT: Supervisor Schroder
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 88/637
SUBJECT: Approval of a Substitute Subdivision Agreement,
Subdivision MS 35-84, Alamo Area.
The following document was presented for Board approval this
date:
A substitute Subdivision Agreement with Charles M. Crowell,
subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all
improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one
year from the date of said agreement; and
The Public Works Director having received a letter from
Haman Builders and Charoj Partnership assigning their cash
deposits from the subdivision agreement security to Charles M.
Crowell and requesting said deposits be turned over to Charles M.
Crowell upon acceptance of the subdivision improvements.
Said document was accompanied by the following:
Security to guarantee the road and drainage improvements as
required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows:
a. Cash deposits (Auditor's Deposit Permit No.
145949, dated September 20, 1988) in the amount of
$1, 110, made by Charles M. Crowell, (Auditor's
Deposit Permit No. 130281, dated September 28,
1987) in the amount of $1,935 made by Charles M.
Crowell, and (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 116540,
dated November 18, 1986) in the amount of $9, 150
made by Charoj Partnership and assigned to Charles
M. Crowell, and (Auditor's Deposit Permit No.
123995, dated May 6, 1987) in the amount of $1, 000
made by Haman Builders and assigned to Charles M.
Crowell.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said substitute
Subdivision Agreement is APPROVED.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Subdivision Agreement with
Charoj Partnership, as approved by the Board on December 16,
1986, is TERMINATED.
