'3224 ABSTAIN: None Supervisorial District II SUBJECT: Pursuant to Section 21101(b) of the California Vehicle Code, Declaring a Stop Intersection at MIDHILL ROAD (Road #3777B) and MIDWAY DRIVE(Road #3777AF) The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors RESOLVES that: On the basis of a traffic and engineering survey and recommendations thereon by the County Public Works Department's Traffic Engineering Division, and pursuant to County Ordinance Code Sections 46-2 . 002 - 46-2 . 012, the following traffic regulation is established (and other action taken as indicated) : Pursuant to Section 21101(b) of the California Vehicle Code the intersection of MIDHILL ROAD (Road No. 3777B) and MIDWAY DRIVE (Road No. 3777AF) , MARTINEZ is hereby declared to be a stop intersection and all vehicles traveling southerly on MIDHILL ROAD and westerly on MIDWAY DRIVE, shall stop before entering or crossing said intersection.
