HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 01191988 - T.7 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY-, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on _January 19, 1988 , by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson and Schroder NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisor Powers ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Hearing on Recommendation of Zoning Administrator on Development Agreement Relative to the Development Shadow Creek in the Tassajara Area. This being the time noticed by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors for hearing on the recommendation of the Zoning Administrator on the request by Dame Construction to review and approve the Development Agreement relative to the development known as Shadow Creek in the Tassajara area; and Jean Mesick, Community Development Department, presented the staff recommendation for approval of the Development Agreement and informed the Board that the decision of the Zoning Administrator had been appealed by Tassajara Now and Tommorrow but unfortunately, the appeal was received after the appeal period had expired. The public hearing was opened and the following people appeared to speak: Paul Speroni, 245 Joseph Lane, Pleasanton, representing Tassajara Now and Tommorrow, commented that he had been unable to obtain a copy of the proposed Development Agreement. He requested a copy of the agreement and additional time to study the agreement. Michael W. Rupprecht, 2070 San Ramon Valley Boulevard, San Ramon, representing Dame Construction, commented that he was not aware of Mr. Speroni' s request. Supervisor Schroder moved to continue the hearing on the matter for two weeks and requested Tassajara Now and Tommorrow to submit their comments in writing as quickly as possible before the continuation of the hearing to give staff time to review the comments. Supervisor McPeak requested clarification on Mr. Speroni' s comment that he had been unable to obtain a copy of the Development Agreement. She requested information on when his request had been received and how the information was transmitted to him.
