THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on January 19 , 1988 , by the following vote:

This resolution is adopted pursuant to the Cortese-Knox Act
(Gov. C. §§ 56000-57550) .
This proposal is for annexation of the subject territory to
county Service Area L-100, in order to allow efficient provision of
lighting service to the territory, as well as the annexation of
territory to the East Bay Municipal Utility District and to CSA P- .
5, in order to provide water and police services.
The subject territory is legally uninhabited and the Local
Agency Formation Commission has authorized this Board to conduct
proceedings without notice and hearing.
The terms and conditions for the proposal, as specified by
the Local Agency Formation Commission, are that 1) the boundaries
of affected territory shall be as amended and described in
attached Exhibits "A" and "B" , 2 ) said territory shall be subject
to the ordinances, rules, regulations, bonded indebtedness and
contractual obligations of EBMUD, and 3 ) the LAFCO Executive
Officer shall not execute the Certificate of Completion for this
proposal until notified by the County that the applicant has paid
$24 ,640 into the CSA P-5 accumulated reserve fund.
The affected territory will be taxed for any existing bonded
indebtedness of County Service Area L-100. The regular county
assessment roll will be used for the collection of taxes and
assessments in the subject territory.
This Board hereby approves and orders this reorganization,
subject to the terms and conditions aforestated.

Being a portion of that certain parcel of land described in the deed to
seal Beach Business Center, Incorporated, recorded in Book 11611 of Official
Records at Page 142 in the Office of the County Recorder of Contra Costa County,
more particulary described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said parcel (11611 or 142), said
corner also being the Northwest corner of that certain parcel of land described
in the deed to Eduardo Cortes, Recorded in Book 5795 of Official Records at Page
456 in the Office of the County Recorder of Contra Costa County, said corner
also being a point on the easterly boundary line of Subdivision 2794, Recorded
in Book 87 of Maps at Page 30 in the Office of the County Recorder of Contra
