SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action: AUTHORIZE the . Director of General
Services to EXECUTE, on behalf of the County, a revenue Lease
commencing January 1, 1988, with Donald W. Smith, dba Smith
Management Company, for the premises at 2020 N. Broadway,
Suite 207, Walnut Creek, for occupancy by the tenant, under
the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said
Lease.
II. Financial Impact: Revenues are credited to the budget of the
General Services Department. Department.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Provides revenues
from space not required for County use.
