JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action:
APPROVE Consent to Common Use Agreement dated October 13 ,
1987 with Standard Pacific Gas Line Incorporated.
II. Financial Impact:
None
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background:
The Flood Control District acquired an interest in certain
lands for the installation of a storm drain pipeline. These
lands occupy a portion of a Standard Pacific Gas Line
Incorporated easement.
V. Consequences of Negative Action:
Conflict with prior easement holder and possible relocation
of pipeline.
