HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 02021988 - 1.15 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on February 2, 1988 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson & Schroder NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 88/ 59 SUBJECT: Approval of the Road Improvement Agreement for DP 3046- 78, Lafayette Area. The following document was presented for Board approval this date for DP 3046-78, property located in the Lafayette area. A Road Improvement Agreement with Park Place Executive Center, developer, whereby said developer agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Road Improvement Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement. Improvements generally consist of widening on Camino Diablo. Said document was accompanied by the following: Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: a. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 135253 , dated January 26, 1988) in the amount of $1, 000, made by Park Place Executive Center. b. Additional security in the form of a corporate surety bond dated January 22, 1988, and issued by United Pacific Insurance Company (Bond No. U514489) with Park Place Executive Center as principal, in the amount of $86, 300 for faithful performance and $43 , 650 for labor and materials. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said Road Improvement Agreement is APPROVED. thereby cortffy that ibis Is a true andcorrect copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on V.he date shown. Assessor's Parcel No. 177-140-042 and 177-140-043 . The Public Works Director has recommended that he be authorized to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with Park Place Executive Center, as required by the Conditions of Approval for DP 3046-78. This agreement would permit the deferment of installation of street lights along Camino Diablo which is located near Dunsyre Drive in the Lafayette area. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the Public Works Director is APPROVED.
