THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on February 2, 1988 by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson $ Schroder
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
RESOLUTION NO. 88/58
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, DP 3020-83, Oakley Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that
the improvements for DP 3020-83 have been completed since August
271 1984 and Caltrans signed off their Encroachment Permit No.
483-NCS4598 on August 24, 1984 and that such improvements have
been constructed without the need for a Road Improvement Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements in the
above-named development have been COMPLETED.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of State Highway
4 (Main Street) is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road.
