THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA

SUBJECT; Closed Session
The Chairman announced that a closed session would be
held in accordance with the parameters as set forth in the
attached announcement.
At 1: 30 P.M. the Board recessed into closed session in
Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street,
Martinez. The following Board members attended the closed
session:
Supervisor Robert I . Schroder, Chair
Supervisor Tom Powers
Supervisor Nancy C. Fanden
Supervisor Sunne W. McPeak
Supervisor Tom Torlakson
At 2: 30 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the
regular agenda.
CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - February 23 , 1988
(Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its capacities)
A-l. This Board will hold a closed session with its designated
representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and
to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of
performance, or dismissal.
B-l. This Board will hold a closed session concerning
litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956.9 , subdivision (a)
1. Delta Coves v. County of Contra Costa, et al.
