SUBJECT: Amendment to Revenue Lease with Terry Clawson dba Shield
Bookkeeping Services, 2020 N. Broadway, Suite 207A, Walnut Creek
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND .JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action: AUTHORIZE the Director of General
Services to EXECUTE, on behalf of the County, an Amendment to
the Revenue Lease with Terry Clawson dba Shield Bookkeeping
Services for the premises at 2020 N. Broadway, Suite 207A,
Walnut Creek, under the terms and conditions more particularly
set forth in said Amendment.
II. Financial Impact: Rent creditsas provided in the amendment
are budgeted in the General Services maintenance budget for
the building.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Extends for six
months an agreement for providing rent credits to the tenant
in return for on-site property management services.
