Costa County )
Since January, 1978, Ginny Crawford has served Conra Costa County as
Administrative Aide to Supervisor Sunne Wright McPeak.
She has brought to Supervisor McPeak' s office the skills of an
educator, counselor and business person and established a standard for
effective and sensitive response to constituent needs.
As a responsible and energetic citizen, she represents Contra Costa
County on the Concord Convention and Visitors Bureau and as a
compassionate and intelligent citizen she served as a co-chair of the
National Women' s Political Caucus of Contra Costa County. She also
coordinated the creation of the 50-Year Time Capsule in the county.

the good of its citizens, Ginny Crawford has brought a new meaning to
the term "constituent assistance, " and her associates and fellow
citizens are the beneficiaries of that devotion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors that Ginny
Crawford be honored and recognized for her contribution to the
integrity and distinction of public service in Contra Costa County and
that January 7, 1989, be designated as GINNY CRAWFORD DAY in Contra
