At 12 : 00 P.M. the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez. At 2 : 00 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the regular agenda. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - December 6 , 1988 (Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all . of its capacities) A-1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, or dismissal . B-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 . 9, subdivision: (b) Significant exposure to litigation. C-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code S 54956 . 9, subdivision: (a) Litigation initiated formally. The titles of the litigation are: 1 .
