HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12061988 - 1.4 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on December 6, 1988 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson & Schroder NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: REFUND CASH DEPOSIT TO GUARANTEE FORMATION OF DRAINAGE, AREA-1010A, SUBDIVISION 7040, DANVILLE AREA. The Public Works Director having reported that Dame Construction Company deposited $255, 000 with the filing of the final map for Subdivision 7040 to ensure the formation of Drainage Area 1010A as stipulated in the Order adopted by this Board on September 20, 1988. The Public Works Director having further reported that said Drainage Area 1010A has now been adopted by this Board and that there is no further need for the cash deposit and recommends that the deposit be refunded. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $255, 000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 143302, dated July 19, 1988) plus interest in accordance with Government Code Section 53079 to Dame Construction Company. 1 hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of Ow Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
