At 10 : 15 A.M. the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez. At 11: 10 A.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the regular agenda. i i CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, or dismissal. B-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956 .9, subdivision: (b) Significant exposure to litigation. C-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956 . 9, subdivision: (a) Litigation initiated formally.
