Recommended Action: APPROVE Right of Way Contract and ACCEPT Temporary Construc- tion Easement dated November 30, 1988, from Carl R. Mattioda. AUTHORIZE Chief Engineer to execute said Right of Way Contract on behalf of the District. APPROVE payment of $5,227. 17 for said property rights and AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to issue a check in said amount payable to Carl R. Mattioda to be forwarded to the Real Property Division for delivery.
