RECOMMENDATIONS
Extend the filing period within which construction activity must
commence for Final Development 3018-87 (Oak Road Villas IV) to July
21, 1989.
BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS
The Board of Supervisors approved this Planned Unit District,
multi-family project on July 21, 1987. Following approval, the
applicant, Perma-Bilt Homes, was required to make structural design
changes to satisfy the new fire code. The delay has prevented
Perma-Bilt from commencing construction in the first year. The
applicant intends to file for building permits shortly.
