Raymond and Carol Webb, 269 Bolla Avenue, Alamo, who advised that they are owners of adjacent property, appeared and alleged that the conditions of approval of the tentative map were not being met, and that the work being done to the land is adversely affecting their property and jeopardizing their home. The Board deferred action on item 1. 3 and requested the Public Works Director to meet with the Webbs and the developer to try to work out a solution to the problems, and to return later in the day to report to the Board what solutions had been worked out. Later in the day, James Causey of the Public Works Department returned to the Board and advised that he had been meeting with the Webbs and the developer, but that there were still some areas where agreement had not been reached. He suggested the matter be deferred to the November 29, 1988 consent calendar to allow staff more time to work with the Webbs and the developer. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED THAT the matter of approval of Subdivision 6966 and the related actions listed are DEFERRED to the November 29, 1988 consent agenda. 1 hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
