The Social Service Department already administers the refugee Targeted Assistance Program (TAP) . 2. Taking over management responsibilities for RRP will enhance efficiency and integration of programs. 3 . County Plans for both RRP and TAP can be developed simultaneously. The TAP funding cycle has been adjusted to coincide with the RRP start-up date of July 1, 1988. 4. The Social Service Department will receive 15% of the County' s RRP allocation to cover administrative expenses. JAR/HDR/dc 13Abdord.hdr
