HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 11101987 - 1.12 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on November 10 , 1987 by the following vote : AYES : Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson & McPeak NOES : None ABSENT : None ABSTAIN : None RESOLUTION NO. 87/680 SUBJECT : Approval of the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision 6790 , Oakley Area . The following documents were presented for Board approval this date : The Final Map of Subdivision 6790 , property located in the Oakley area , said map having been certified by the proper officials . A Subdivision Agreement with Rural California Housing Corporation (a non- profit corporation ) , subdivider , whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement . Said documents were accompanied by: I . Security to guarantee the completion of road , drainage , and utility improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code and in accordance with Government Code section 66499 . 3 for non-profit corporations , in the form of a corporate surety . bond dated September 18 , 1987 , and issued by American Insurance Company ( Bond No . 6440733 ) in the amount of $340 ,549 . 17 for faithful performance and $170 ,274 . 58 for labor and materials to which the County is co-obligee for road and drainage improvements in the amount of $208 , 296 for faithful performance and $ 105 , 200 for labor and materials . Additional security for faithful performance of $2 , 104 cash deposit ( Auditor ' s Deposit Permit Nos . 129925 and 130067 , dated September 18 and 23 , 1987 ) made by Rural California Housing Corporation in accordance with County Ordinance Code section 94-4 .406 . II . Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1987-88 tax lien has been paid in full . NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision , together with the provisions for its design and improvement , is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County ' s general and specific plans . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets , paths , or easements shown thereon- as dedicated to public use .
