Resolution No- RA 87-22
SUBJECT: Authorizing Transmittal of the West Pittsburg Draft
Redevelopment Plan and Draft Environmental Impact Report
( "EIR" ) to Project Area, Committee, Planning Commission,
Chairman of Fiscal Review Committee, and affected taxing
agencies.
The Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency RESOLVES THAT:
Pursuant to direction by the Contra Costa county Board of
Supervisors, Agency staff is preparing a Draft Redevelopment Plan
and Draft Environmental Impact Report for the West Pittsburg
Redevelopment Project.
Agency staff desires to distribute the Draft Redevelopment Plan and
Draft Environmental Impact Report to the Project Area Committee,
Planning Commission, Chairman of the Fiscal Review Committee, and
affected taxing agencies, as well as, the State Clearinghouse and
other interested State and local entities as required by the
California Redevelopment Law, the California Environmental Quality
Act, and the Redevelopment Agency' s implementing procedure.
The Redevelopment Agency hereby authorized staff to distribute the
Draft Redevelopment Plan and Draft Environmental Impact Report,
upon their completion, to the various bodies referred to above.
Staff is further directed to continue the procedures for
consultation and review of these documents as mandated by the
California Redevelopment Law, the California Environmental Quality
Act, and the Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency' s
implementing procedures.
