SUBJECT: Conveyance of Various County Park Properties
to the Town of Danville

The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES
THAT:
This Board on September 22, 1987, passed Resolution and
Notice of Intention to Convey Real Property, No. 87/567, and
fixed October 13, 1987 at 9:00 a.m. , in its Chambers, County
Administration Building, Martinez, California, as the time and
place when it would meet to consummate the conveyance of the real
property described therein to the Town of Danville for park and
recreational purposes. Said Resolution was duly published in the
Valley Pioneer, a newspaper of general circulation.
This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance
of said property to the Town of Danville, pursuant to said notice
and in accordance with Government Code Section 25365 and the
Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Quitclaim Deed and
an Assignment of a lease and purchase option on behalf of the
County in consideration for the acceptance of said property under
the terms and conditions set forth in the conveyance documents.
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause the
Quitclaim Deed and Assignment to be delivered to the grantee.
Environmental and General Plan conformance requirements
were complied with in Resolution 87/567 adopted September . 22,
1987.

Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
