SUBJECT: Authorization to transmit the Preliminary Report for the
West Pittsburg Redevelopment Project Area to the affected
taxing agencies.
The Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency RESOLVES that:
A Redevelopment Plan for the West Pittsburg Area is being prepared
pursuant to Health and Safety Code 33000 et.seq; and
Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33344.5 staff has
prepared a 'Preliminary Report for the West Pittsburg Redevelopment
Project Area; and
Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33344.5 the
Redevelopment Agency is required to send this Preliminary Report to
all affected taxing agencies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Redevelopment Agency of
Contra Costa County hereby authorizes distribution of the
Preliminary Report to the affected taxing agencies and to the
Project Area Committee, and other interested State and local
entities as required by the California Community Redevelopment Law,
and instructs staff to continue the procedure for consultation on
and the. review of said document as mandated by the California
Community Redevelopment Law.
