The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the improvements for Subdivision 6384 have been completed as provided in the Road Improvement Agreement with Blackhawk Corporation heretofore approved by this Board for the construction of Crow Canyon Road from just east of Barbados Drive to the eastern boundary of the Canyon Lakes Project; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been CONPL'ETED for the purpose of establishing a six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Road Improvement Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY April 29, 1986 Fidelity & Deposit Co. of Maryland Bond No. 9785450 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described road, as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final Map of Subdivision 6368 filed October 9, 1985, in Book 295 of Maps at page 29, and by four separate instruments recorded in Volume 7894 at Page 954 recorded on June 9, 1976 and in Volume 7883 at Page 764 recorded on June 1, 1976 and in Volume 7883 at Page 769 recorded on June 1, 1976 and in Volume 12863 at Page 745 recorded on May 2, 1986 all Official Records of Contra Costa County, is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road.
